Do you still have your Franklin HDWC35 wine cooler?

I recommend that you maybe add more details to your question so it will be easier for Experts to understand the question and answer it.

The NewAir AW-210ED is by far the most successful wine cooler there is making the best wine cooler overall for the price. The only downfall is that this specific model doesn't have the highest capacity for the price.

I think the compressor of the cooling refrigerator is not working. Otherwise the refrigerant gas has escaped from any leakage. Please check two above mentioned things. Gautam Kr. mandal, Durgapur

I returned our unit to Home Depot with relative ease... I think they were all aware there is a problem with these units.

They refunded the full purchase price (even though I was well past the 12-month warranty period). I put the money toward a GE Profile unit that's a little bigger - more expensive, yes; but it works, priceless!

you wrote that the wine cooler "only cools to 12 degrees minimum" I don't understand the problem?
12 degrees is really cold, in fact its freezing.

The unit will draw between 6 and 12 amps on start up and running it should use less than 1.6 amps. The start up amps will increase with age. Funny how that works the same for people as it does for machines. I hope this will FixYa. Please dont forget to rate. Mike
