When you change developer.You want clear in service mode.(Counter)

Black drum for the 554e is the same as the c364. Replace the drum as OEM not third party and DONT do it your self replace the whole drum from a Konicaminolta and the developer unit also

in system 2 disable that

The only thing that comes to mind is possibly the drum unit needs replacing. These machines are normally under a service contract. You should have gotten either a drum unit needs replacing message of toner needs refilling message on the screen. The drum replacement idea is just a GUESS!!. see link below
