I also cannot get my HP f380 deskjet all-in one to install. I downloaded the drivers from the HP website and still cannot install the printer. It just stalls when it comes time to hook up the USB from printer to computer. The computer finds the printer and acknowledges it but then stalls when installing. It just says this will take a couple of minutes but just sits there,stalled. I can't even cancel the operation I have to turn the computer off manually just to stop the installation so I can use my computer. I also cannot get my HP f380 deskjet all-in one to install. The same thing, however, happens with many of HP´s own system drivers for this notebook (and also a printer driver for a Canon printer), so it seems to be a combination of faulty driver and faulty hardware, in my case both related to HP. my printer stop printing i have tried most thing even uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver with the latest driver update but to no avail and i have been using the printer before the os is windows vista

yes that was the same problem that I have using the HP Deskjet F380. previously the printer was printing from the web page, however I installed the software for the scanner and did an update for the printer driver and now this is the problem that I have. My HP380 Deskjet was working well until I installed Vista. Now it will not scan, willnot print but will photo-copy. I ynderstand that one element of driver is missing. I have not been able to re-install this bit of software. Please help.

I have downloaded the Vista software for my HP F380 all-in-one printer and nothing works. All I have is everylight blinking and my computer insisting that the printer is not connected. My ViSTA computer has a printer that is all in one. However, it keeps making me align it and it keeps on appearing. Then, when I close it, it refuses to scan my stuff.
