Enough is enough
get legal advice , union action what ever but bullying is not acceptable in the work place
report it to the manager , division manager or CEO of the company
you have rights to a code of conduct that has to be adhere to by all employees and staff

I've been bullied by a man and woman three times, and they're still stalking me, bullying me, targeting me, and harassing me. Is it alright for me to move to a big city to get away from them?

Hello, Wayne -

I am sorry you feel you have been bullied by others.

You must not realize that Fixya.com, where you posted your question, is a website intended for asking and answering questions on how to go about REPAIRING THINGS.

I chose to answer your question as a kindness.

I suggest you learn how to stand up to those who harass you. Otherwise, there may be others who wish to mistreat you in other locations where you live. One thing that gives people self-confidence (which is extremely helpful in standing up to those who harass others) is developing a particular skill - sports, academic, musical, etc. If you are worried about harassment escalating into physical actions against you, you may find learning a martial art beneficial.

Best wishes.

My ex husband died 3 days before his social security was posted on his card. Another family member is using that card. Is this legal?

It depends on if the payment is made in arrears or in advance, but any use by a person who is not the cardholder is indeed fraudulent after the holder has passed. If he had a carer, then that carer could use the card on his behalf, but only whilst the card holder is alive. Any monies taken after that, would have to be paid back.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND A COUNTY ATTORNEY?

A county attorney in many areas of the United States is the chief legal officer for a county or local judicial district. It is usually an elected position. The role of the county attorney can be similar to or complementary to that of a local state's attorney, commonwealth's attorney or district attorney.

In some jurisdictions, the county attorney oversees the operations of local prosecutors with respect to violations of county ordinances. In other jurisdictions, the county attorney prosecutes traffic matters and/or misdemeanors. In some states the county attorney prosecutes violations of state laws to the extent that the state permits local prosecution of these. County attorneys do not prosecute federal crimes, which are the jurisdiction of a United States Attorney.

In the United States, a district attorney (DA) is the chief prosecutor for a local government area, typically a county. The exact name of the office varies by state.

Except in the smallest counties, a district attorney leads a staff of prosecutors, who are most commonly known as deputy district attorneys (DDAs). The Deputy who serves as the supervisor of the office is often called the Assistant District Attorney. The majority of prosecutions will be delegated to DDAs, with the district attorney prosecuting the most important cases and having overall responsibility for their agency and its work. Depending upon the system in place, DAs may be appointed by the chief executive of the jurisdiction or elected by local voters.
