Having done all that your Best bet is to check your Charger board, you could check for improper sitting and if that's not the case you should replace.

SOURCE: Epson C1900 "ghost " images

Sounds like the transfer roller or the fuser unit may be faulty. Look at the fuser to see if the roller surfaces are dirty. If so, replace the fuser.

SOURCE: Imaging Unit Missing Error

Hi, I had the same problem. The following Cause and solution may help you fix your machine.

All refereces to left and right are facing the front of the machine as if for normal use.
The cause is due to the connector on thtop left rear of the imaging unit. this connector is mated with a coresponding, retractable connector in the body of the machine. When you open the cover over the top of the imaging unit, this connector retracts back into the body of the machine and when you close the lid it should re-engage with the imaging unit, The problem is that it dosen;t reconnect. I have asumed that it is due wear in the connector operating mechanism. This solution was effective for my printer.

Switch Off!!!
remove the topcover (after removing the colour catridges )and. remove the left hand side panel. You will see a nylon gear mechanism. Sqeeze together the nylon clip inthe centre of the gear wheel, and pull the gear about halfway off. This should allow you to move the vertical geared bar up 1 notch. .Push the gear wheel back on and try the machine to see if it works ok. All covers will need to be closed and if it works ok , reassemle the machine. Job done -about 10 to 15 mins. It tookme alot longer to find it,so some feedback would be appreciated.

How to remove white light appeared on artwork in konica minolta buzhub c454

If you have already replaced the charging corona, developer powder, and cleaned the laser unit, but the problem of a white light appearing on the artwork persists on your Konica Minolta Bizhub C454, here are a few additional steps you can take:
  1. Check the transfer belt unit: Ensure that the transfer belt unit is clean and free from any debris or toner particles. You can gently wipe it with a clean, lint-free cloth. If the transfer belt is damaged or worn out, it may need to be replaced.
  2. Inspect the imaging unit: Check the imaging unit (drum unit) for any signs of damage or wear. Make sure it is properly installed and securely seated in its designated position. If the imaging unit is defective, replacing it might resolve the issue.
  3. Perform a density adjustment: The Bizhub C454 usually has a density adjustment function. You can access this in the device's settings menu or through the control panel. Performing a density adjustment might help improve the print quality and reduce any unwanted artifacts.
  4. Check the print settings: Ensure that the print settings on your computer or the printer's control panel are appropriate for the artwork you are printing. Adjust the print quality, resolution, and any color settings as needed.
  5. Update the firmware: Visit the Konica Minolta website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your Bizhub C454. Updating the firmware can sometimes address software-related issues that may be causing the white light problem.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it is recommended to contact Konica Minolta's customer support or a certified technician for further assistance. They will have specialized knowledge and tools to diagnose and fix the specific problem with your machine.

My konica Minolta Bizhub c250 is printing an image that is faded in sections and reprints very subtly in other sections where it should be white space. Can you help me fix this problem?

It could be either your image transfer belt that needs replacing, or your fuser unit. Check the transfer belt first, that's the most common cause for "ghost images"

Getting white streaks on black and color horizontally. km bizhub c352p mostly on screens, somewhat on solids.

sounds like you will need to have the transfer belt replaced. all images are developed on the four drums then transfered to the transfer belt then to the paper so if the image problem is coming out on all colors and black an white then the best bet would be to replace the transfer belt

Ricoh Aficio cl2000

Most of the time when I find this happening on a printer, not just Ricoh's it turns out to be the PCU (photo conductor unit). The color PCU is one unit and the black is a seperate unit. Hope this helps.
