Causes: Main motor (M1) Printer control board (PRCB) DC power supply (DCPU)
Remedy: 1 Check the connector between M1-PRCB CN6 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 2 Check M1 for correct drive coupling and correct as necessary. 3 M1 operation check. PRCB CN6-7 (LOCK) 9-D 4 Change PRCB. 5 Change DCPU.

Causes: Printer control board (PRCB)
Remedy: 1 Turn OFF and ON the power switch. 2 Change PRCB.

It means the black toner is not supplying to d developer you can reset error code by logging in d service mode

Sir/Mam there is no M-1 on that model are sure? Does it say PC DRUM needs replacing in the upper left of the screen? Or a code like C-0958 (example)

Go to service mode, press utility button from the panel, now press " stop, 0,0, stop, 0,1, it will show service mode, now select shipment, in this option, select "Maintenance Counter" now in this option select, 0 and press ok.

Press Utility / Counter -> {STOP}{0}{0}{STOP}{0}{1}, now you should be in Service Mode. Go to Service Choice - > IU LIFE STOP MODE -> and choose CONTINUOUS.
