I couldn't find an manual online but I did find a link where you can contact comfort zone directly and ask the appropriate questions. If the unit is not coming on, it could be dirty, or the heating element is bad, or a relay switch within the unit has malfunctioned. I have a Dell Inspiron 530. It will not start. Fans do not operate. Green pilot light on PSU is on. Amber light on mother board is on. Power button is glows solid amber.

First ,change the Fan,it can be heating problem...and also check the other hardware portion....

Based on the limited info.I have, it sounds like the heating element is not getting power. suggest visually inspecting the switch and thermostat for burnt wires. Also check the heating element for broken electrode.
