Which specific model do you have? For most Bell Howell Splash cameras, the micro-SD card slot is under the battery compartment door. It's to the left of the battery slots when you look at the back of the camera (with the LCD screen) and adjacent to the USB port.
I may be mistaken but I think that 32 Gb is the most any Nikon can handle. I suggest that you contact Nikon technical support at www.Nikon.com and discuss this with them. They can confirm the maximum size of the SD card and help you troubleshoot if the 64 Gb card is OK.
The camera only takes SD cards up to 2GB. Why don't you have the manual? Most companies are putting the manual on the CD that comes with their cameras to save paper.
Make sure you either have two SD cards in, or put the one card into the first slot. Also, you have to go into utilities to format the cards before you can use them.
If it still says full, try pulling the card and reading it on your pc.
