Why does British Airways avoid flying over Israeli airspace when departing out of DXB?
I am talking about British Airways Flight 104 (BA104) which is DXB-LHR. https://www.flightradar24.com/data/flights/ba104/#bab1a67 It sort of detours like Emirates and Saudia aircraft. BA flies to Tel Aviv, Israel daily. Is it because the origin airport country does not recognize Israel and thus refuses to allow any flights clearance over Israel?

Technically is you are flying domestic you are not flying over foreign airspace. If flying IFR you must file one. Needless to say when filing a flight plan you must decalre if you are domestic of international flight.
Not likely. Flight schools get paid for teaching people how to fly. If they paid you for learning how to fly, they would go out of business. If you worked for them you could gain flight hours teaching others to fly, but you need hundreds of hours before you can become a flight instructor.
Go visit a flight school near you and talk to an instructor. Find out about getting a sport pilot certificate first because it's the cheapest way to start flying. If you have any kind of feeling that you and the instructor won't get along very well then go find a different instructor. You need one who will make it fun to learn to fly, even with all the stress involved with learning new things.
The license or "certificate" does not expire, however you must have a flight review every 24 calendar months with an instructor in order to continue to fly.
