Why does my Telefunken Vegas HD Plasma tv keep switching on and off by it self?

Have someone take a look inside at the power board and look to see if any of the filter capacitors look puffed up as this is common in this set.

There is only one setup code with Telefunken V with URC 3021 and it is:
0702

Tries tv unplug,replug it back like about an hour later for the tv to a resetting itself.Tv now,might and will work again sometimes.Not.Tries the power switch on the tv remote pushes off/on a few times,for the power supply board trying to kick start the tv Tuner signal board again.Still tv not have lit up the screen panel and work than it could be anythings in it boards are shorted or loses,if tv have a/c power to it.Take it to the tv shops for prices and quotes.Shops,must have trouble shoot and repair are ur best options.Replacement of refurbishes PCB boards,any replacements are a gest at best,if tv is a Plasma and still have power to the tv.

Tries unplug,replug both tv and cable box an hour later.Let the tv reset it self back to the factory setting.The cable box to upgrade it softwares.The tv now should,work again.

reset tv unplug one minute turn off main power plug in turn on main power try again, if not try different input and source ie dvd player or cable box
