Dr Pepper is owned by the Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. Coca Cola, Inc. has nothing to do with the manufacture of Dr Pepper. Both Coca Cola, Inc., and PepsiCo, Inc., provide bottling services, under contract to Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc.

So, the short answer to your question is, "No".

Dr. Pepper is its own company. Pepsi and Coke are a distributor and like one said here bottles Dr. Pepper's product. Dr. Pepper will be around for a long time to come.

And to further answer you question it is further in fact owned by Cadbury which makes the Cadbury eggs and also with 7up. Which is also with RC Cola it won’t go anywhere since that single beverage outsells all of the other products by a significant margin.
