Epson ds 530 gives a scanner error.see your documentation on the network adaptop. Even scanner scan slows, What to do?

The error message you are receiving on your Epson DS 530 scanner is related to the network adapter. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Check network connection: Make sure the scanner is properly connected to the network and the network settings are correct. Try restarting the scanner and the network router.
  2. Restart the scanner and computer: Restart the scanner and the computer and try scanning again.
  3. Update drivers: Check for any available updates for the scanner drivers and firmware. You can download the latest drivers and firmware from the Epson website.
  4. Check scanner settings: Check the scanner settings to make sure the correct scan settings are selected. Make sure the scanner is set to the correct mode, such as color or black and white.
  5. Try a different computer: If the scanner is connected to a network, try using a different computer to see if the issue is with the scanner or the computer.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact Epson support for further assistance.

I have a alpha 9500ml cash register.Recently I bought a Royal scanner(model:PS700-USB),but the register doesn't respond with it.Now even I switch back to my old scnner, doesn't respond either. Why?

There are many settings for scanners. You must program the register settings AND the scanner. You need the big book of setting bar codes for the scanner to change any settings in the scanner. You usually need a special cable to convert scanner to register pinout. It can be a days work even for a technician. They are the probably the trickiest thing to get working on registers so it might be best to get a dealer to do it if you don't have all of the setup information for connecting that register with that scanner.

Unable to program. I'm tec disadvantaged.

Great, although you have a real scanner, this is not what was meant in this category.
With program your scanner, is not meant you need to write any program. It is just setting up the scanner. That can be done every time you need a different setting. Like if you want to scan FM frequencies, you can set how big steps it should take. But you also can chose other modulation forms. You don't need any Xtals, for that you "Program" the frequencies you want to listen to.
Just switch the scanner on, and listen to what you hear. use the manual, to see where you can find certain users, to chose what frequent band you want to listen to. and switch to that band.

When I scan with Symbol DS6707 I normally get letter b showing up after the scanned numbers. Please help!

There is probably an rule set on the scanner from the previous user. To be sure that you are not using any old settings. I would suggest to reset it to factory settings.
Connect the scanner to your Desktop PC. Download the Reference Guide for DS6707 at the page http://support.symbol.com/support/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=8397807apdf Scan the Barcode Set All Defaults Scan the Barcode Erase All Rules
The scanner is now in factory settings and you can configure it as you need.

Dear all I need help in configuration of Scanner from Symbol MC3090. The scanner settings I could'nt change in the system or better: where can I change this settings? I want to scan a I2of5 Barcode which...

You would need to configure the application which are you using to scan, there is usually one default length for the barcode preselected.
If you are using ScanWedge, download the CtlPanel application, start it goto Scanner settings, decoders, I2OF5 and length. Dont forget to make the settings persistend

Computer says scanner is ready to go, lights are blinking, but scanner will not scan paper through.

Go under the advanced settings for the scanner and select ADF (Auto-document Feeder)

Normal 0 false false false /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;} I can give you more information on the specific method for setting this up if you need it, but would need model and make of the scanner.
