I JUST VISITED WITH A TECH AT LG A MINUTE AGO. YOU HAVE A BAD PANEL. THE SCREEN HAS DEVELOPED A LEAK IN THAT AREA. THERE IS NO REPAIR FOR THIS. SORRY, YOU CAN CONTINUE WATCH TV, UNTIL YOU CAN BUY SOMETHING ELSE. THANKS FOR ASKING, MATT OF MARTINS TVF REPAIR.

Vizio 32 inch thin black vertical line on left side of screen
it is very likly you have problem with the buffer boards, sometime help to unplug conector and reconect, also check the smd fuse located on one of the boards since there are 2 buffer E&F.

THAT THIN WHITE LINE IS YOUR HORIZONTAL LINE MEANING YOU ONLY HAVE THAT. THE GOO NEWS IS YOU HAVE HIGH VOLTAGE MEANING YOU ONLY NEED VERTICAL TO FIX IT.. I WOULD REPLACE THE VERTICAL TRANSISTOR OR CHECK FOR ANY BURNED RESISTORS ON THE VERTICAL SIDE
