I have a Beverage-Air MT27 and the door sags down on the side opposite the hinges and also leaves an air gap at the top on that side. I have tried adjusting to no luck. Any suggestions?

I did find that the bolt holes on the bottom were stripped out and I have re-tapped them and fixed them. But even with those gripping and adjusting up, it still sags at the top opposite the hinge and leaves air gap. I have loosened all the hinges, got the door level, then tightened all the hinges and the door still sags opposite the hinges.

True tbb-3g fridge, left hand door sags, creates an air gap at the bottom of the frame where it meets the cooler, door lifts about 1/4 of an inch on the post

If the left-hand door of your True TBB-3G fridge is sagging and creating an air gap at the bottom of the frame where it meets the cooler, here are some steps you can take to fix the issue:
  1. Check the door hinges: Inspect the hinges on the door and the frame of the fridge. Look for any damage or wear that may be causing the door to sag. If the hinges are damaged, they may need to be replaced.
  2. Adjust the door hinges: If the hinges are in good condition, try adjusting them to see if this resolves the issue. Use a wrench to loosen the screws that hold the hinges in place, and then adjust the hinges up or down as needed to align the door with the frame. Tighten the screws back in place when you are finished.
  3. Check the door gasket: If the door gasket is worn or damaged, it may not be sealing properly and causing air gaps. Check the gasket for any damage or signs of wear, and replace it if necessary.
  4. Check the door closer: The door closer on the left-hand side may be damaged or worn, causing the door to sag. Inspect the closer and look for any signs of damage. If it is damaged, it may need to be replaced.
If none of these steps resolves the issue, you may need to contact a professional repair service to help diagnose and fix the problem.

What does the overload relay look like a Beverage-Air MT27 Beverage Cooler Commercial

Normally thermal overloads have a button like appearance on the compressor. Designed to open circuit when temp has caused distortion to the bi-metal contacts. Upon cooling will close again. Disconnect power before checking continunity on the overload terminals.

Used Beverage-air MT27, trips GFI breaker when I plug it in. I tried to isolate the short - unlplugged the top light ballast, switch, fans... The guy I got it from says to be sure to connect the ground...

I've seen refrigerators that are working fine blow GFI outlets when the compressor starts, usually just change to non GFI outlet for fix. You say its tripping GFI breaker , is there anyway to test it on non GFI breaker?

REFRIG. DOOR SAGS SO THERE IS A GAP FOR COLD AIR TO ESCASPE

If you have a 5/16th nut driver pop the top hinge cover and remove the 3 screws then take the top door off. Back off the middle hinge and reposition it do the door no longer sags. Tighten them screws and put the top back on using the same procedure. Hold the door in the correct position you want whist tightening down them screws on top. Snap the cover back on. Raise the front egs a hair to throw the weight of them doors towards the rear of the ice box and take some the work off them hinges. Then Party on!
