What causes it to shut off?

I think this company is probably out of business. The phone number is an automated marketing message for a medic alert bracelet. The website is a park page. The address is now "Sugar Creek Bottling Co."

Too bad though, because until now, the heater has been very good, efficient, lived up to marketing claims, which is kind of rare nowadays. I kept trying different settings, and at one point got it to run for 10 minutes, but alas, it shuts off while the room is still cold.

I found nothing... iHeater 1500 Advanced...
