Manual for Alta Fitbit How do I set the time and date for my fitbit

You set the date and time from the Fitbit App or Fitbit Connect when you setup or sync the fitness band with the computer/tablet. Open the Fitbit Dashboard and then tap (or click) the Account icon. Enter the Advanced Settings menu and check the Time Zone section. If needed, turn off the Automatic option and manually set the current time zone. The Alta will display the date and time based on the time on your computer/tablet when you synced the devices. See https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1176/?q=set+date+amd+time&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=2 . This is the "How do I change the time on my Fitbit device" FAQ.

Alta has the manual for the Fitbit on the product support page: https://help.fitbit.com/?p=alta . The direct link to the manual is https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_alta_en_US.pdf . Additional device help is available at the help page: https://help.fitbit.com/ .

I hope this helps.

Just received my fitbit blaze and I don't know how to set it up

Fitbit Setup

Note that only setting the time zone can be done manually. The specific time is derived by syncing with the primary device, not the fitbit.

How to set time on fitbit one

The time on your tracker's display may be incorrect due to the timezone being set incorrectly on your profile, or settings not being synced to your tracker. The time displayed on your tracker is configured using the Fitbit.com website.

You can get detailed instructions on updating the time on the Fitbit.com website.

Hope that help!
