Try this trick:
Get a bowl or container and a package of white rice(it has to be white rice, this will not work with brown rice).Fill the container with the white rice.put the cell phone in the container with the white rice. Your TV has a failure of its convergence output ICs and perhaps some of the convergence circuit's other associated parts. The part numbers for the ICs are on the IC face. They can be purchased thru Hitachi or online at MCM Electronics.

Sorry about the problem you are having with your psp, meanwhile you can follow the simple steps that I'll outline below to see if the problem can be fixed.

Step 1. Switch off the psp and make sure it is not connected to any power source, then pull out the battery and fix it back.

Step 2. Switch it back on, and if it does show only the green light without having the screen come on, then i guess the screen could be damaged or other associated screen components.

Step 3. Don't open the psp because you are technical enough, please take it to a sony center closest to you and you'll have the screen changed or the associated component/componnts.

Are you using styles? You could create a new style based on the existing style that has "Start at" and "1" as one of it's attributes. Then whenever you need to restart numbering, just apply the new style. Reply if you need help with styles
