E004-0103 The IH power supply is faulty/the IH control mechanism is faulty. After correcting the fault, be sure to reset the error. (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)
The IH current is faulty. (no current) - Check the connector for any fault in connection. - Replace the fixing heater power supply. - Replace the DC controller PCB.

This going to get expensive, could be any of the following the IH coil unit or IH Power supply unit. This series of machine uses a magnetic field to produce heat for the fusing process the process of fusing the toner to the paper, any way the code you have is stating the IH pwr sup or coil unit are not talking to the copier cpu. It could also be a relay board between the cpu fuser system, worse case the image control board. I would go with fuser power supply. Just my humble opinion.

If the marketing area is incorrect, replace the fusing unit for proper marketing area. 4 Check the marketing area of IHPU. If the marketing area is incorrect, replace IHPU for proper marketing area. 5 Replace IHC 6 Replace IHPU 7 Replace PRCB 8 Replace NF1
