The Hard Drive is not formatted. First, get in service mode, State confirm, HDD ADJ, HDD Format. Run Physical first, about two hours then logical a few minutes . Does the machine know it has one, Installed/Uninstalled in service mode. Then replace.

Have you changed the fusing unit? If try that first, then relace the IH Power supply or the (coil unit) is what the fuser attaches to when you install one. power supply is located right side under the control panel, .

Replace the IH Power supply, it will solve your problem... Page 71 Item 5 from the parts manual.

Turn off the machine using main power switch not the one on the control panel. But make sure the on the control panel switch is on. Now hold down the utility/counter button and turn the main power switch on hold down to you see trouble reset touch it power off WAIT TEN SECONDS power on if code comes back DO NOT RESET it means the Fuser Electro-magnetic current amp and or coil is bad reset again it may catch on fire ruining a perfectly good day!!! Get a tech out to look at it

In all likelihood this is the IH power supply board. Not a difficult procedure but the board may be expensive. Can send through details if required.Cheers

p codes are warnings that a consumable is reaching the end of its life you can go into service mode and it will give you a list of error codes including p codes

Black drum ATDC replace the black developer unit, also check to make sure the black toner is getting into the black developer unit. Open close the front door to reset the code (Not the Toner door)
