the governor is not set properly, good job catching this issue. also check it under a load, if you still find the voltages too high, I recommend having it serviced.
setting the governor can be tricky.make sure you mark the shaft.
Assuming that your Ruger has a potential for better accuracy (some guns just wont shoot any better than that) you'll have to work up a special load for the Ruger that will shoot more accurately.. What's good for one gun isn't necessarily good for another.. Also, in my experience, the Ruger M77 hasn't shown me much for good accuracy... I've seen some Brownings, though, that shoot very, very good...
there is no differance a diesel has a high stall torque converter in 1990 you could get 308 ,327,373 410 gears the 308 are a desert gear meaning great gas mileage 410 the motor will turn at high RPM's But you don't have to do anything it is perfectly ok hope this helps CJ
You have a high touge engine so the recomendations are generally for cars that are driven weekly at least. I would change these within ten years apart for they do age from heat
