Whenever I enter th calculation (im not sure how to enter mathamatic signs) square root of 8.32-4 (outside) -3 to the power of 2, it gives me the awnser -45+6 square root of 3 all over 5. What can I do to make it give me an exact number and decials rather than this? Also this might be related to this but whenever i enter something like the square root of 13 it gives me an awnser "the square root of 13"

If, for example, you're getting the square root of 3 as the square root of 3, press the S-D button (just above the DEL) button to convert the symbolic result to a decimal result.
If you want all results to come up in decimal, press SHIFT SETUP 2 to select the LineIO mode.
