You will need to experiment with the temperature. 108 is probably hot enough. If it's too hot, use the manual temp control to reduce the temp to something more to your liking.
From the owners manual:
TEMP Buttons:
Sets the desired temperature.
In COOL or DRY mode, the temperature needs to be set lower than
the current room temperature. In HEAT mode, the temperature needs
to be set higher than the current room temperature.
Otherwise, corresponding operation mode may not start.
Temperature setting range
AUTO/COOL/DRY 18-30 °C
HEAT 16-30 °C
Same problem...then discovered my thermostat was set to Celsius instead of Ferinheight... pressed toe temp up and temp down buttons to change..fixed...
From the unit itself you'll need to check your owner's manual and select warm or hot water temps. You also can turn the water temp up from the hot water heater in your home.
You have a pre-programmed thermostat. You'll need to put in settings for each program setting in order to have the thermostat provide you with the heating/cooling temperatures you want at each time period of the day and for each day of the week (in the case of a 7 day programmable model.
Whenever you put in a manual temperature setting, it is only a temporary setting that will get reset at the next pre-programmed temp setting, unless you set the "HOLD TEMP" setting and select the number of days you want it to hold the temp you manually set on the T-stat.
If you can provide the model number, I can help you further with the programming of your T-stat.
You will need to have the thermostat looked at or replaced, it may be defective and not reading the correct temp, also try using a manual oven thermometer to check the actual temp in the oven to give you a better idea of what the actual temp is inside
Push & hold the red wine & white wine button at the same time. This will start the temp adjust. You will notice the plus sign & the negative sign on these same buttons, use them to adjust temp. When you are done hit the light button & it will record the new temp.
