I asked the question over a hour ago, I forgot my password to log into face book now every time I try to sign in my phone number is rejected, my e-mail ALSO.

try going to the website Welcome to Facebook Log In Sign Up or Learn More and click on "log in" there they ask for an E- mail address or a phone number. You can put your phone number and click on " forgot password" . Then follow the instruction. This way has worked for me. Hope it works for you.

1. Use the "forgot password" link below the sign in spot. They should be able to send you your password in your e-mail.
2. If you changed your email since you signed up for face-book, you might have to sign up again for a new face-book account. When you sign up for facebook, It is tied in with your email, mainly for the recovery of your password.
   Hopefully this works!

go into face book ---find accounts --- open accounts and edit the area you want.

Point your web browser at Welcome to Facebook Log In Sign Up or Learn More

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the down-pointing triangle in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.

I can't fine my email and they sent my confirmation code

On the Facebook sign-in page, click the "Forgot your password?" link just below the password field.

On the Yahoo Mail sign-in page, click the "I can't access my account" link.

Go to the forgot password link and enter your email address which you used when signed up.after that check your email they will send you new password.try login using it.if its not work than make new account with new email id ,when you filled up sign-up form than save your page with details you entered so you can remember it for long time.now log-in to your account using new email id and password.

simply click forgot your password under the password column in the login page. Facebook provides a number of ways for password resetting but not recovery. You can reset your password easily by providing your email adress or the phone number you provided during sign up!
