I Think that there's a problem with the MainBoard of the Printer. Call the Customer service!

It's a printer Main Board Problem, maybe you can try to make a FW Update.
When the problem is still their after the FW Update you have to call the service.

The problem is either the usb port where the printer is connected or the usb cable itself.atleast the speed of the usb should be 2.0.
