On startup, it stops at the Konica Minolta display and does not go further to the home screen

• Press the AUTO RESET until the initial screen reappears.
Utility-stop-0-0-stop-0-1 for service mode. choose clear data, then supply countthen ok to clear. On/ Off the machine it will work as usual.

Try to Troubleshoot By SWITCH ON MACHINE FROM MAIN POWER SWITCH BY PRESSING UTILITY BUTTON.
-WAIT AND KEEP HOLDING UTILITY BUTTON
-AFTER 10 TO 15 SECOND, TROUBLERESET OPTION WILL APPEAR ON SCREEN, TOUCH IT AND SWITCH OFF.
-NOW ON NORMAL WAYS.

if not ok, then check the panel connection.
- after switching off and on, wait and observe if it display KONICA MINOLTA SCREEN OR Hour Glass symbol.

look the scanner home sensor or try this turn off the printer and keep pressing stop button and turn on

Unplug it from the wall, wait a while and plug it back in. If still not booting, Probably needs to have the firmware reloaded,or all the dimms (memory chips) need to be reseated, or the main board has failed. If you are not a tech, probably should call one.

Procedure
1 Touch 1. System Initial on the Key Operator Mode Screen to display the System
Initial Setting Menu Screen.
2 Touch 2. Language to display the Language Selection Screen.
3 Touch ENGLISH, FRENCH, SPANISH, GERMAN, or ITALIAN
4 Touch OK to complete the setting and return to the System Initial Setting Menu
Screen.
5 Touch RETURN to restore the Key Operator Mode Screen.
6 If no further changes are required, touch RETURN to restore the Basic Screen to
perform copying operations

From an Idle state, Press:

Menu

Next - you should see "configuration administration" on the display.

Press the left or right arrow key until "Administration Startup Options" is displayed.

Press "select"

Press the left or right arrow key until "do start page" is displayed.

Press select.

Press the left or right arrow until "no" is displayed.

Press "online" (save changes *no? should be displayed)

Press "next" (right arrow) "save changes? yes" should be displayed.

Press "select" to save settings.

Press the select to reboot the system.
