is this happening to all cds or just that one.
because if the sound is working on the dvd then you should have sound from the cd.
have you checked the manual to make sure it is all setup ok.
There is nothing that you can do for this right away. The problem requires that you disassemble the set and replace parts. The main board that supplies the audio is having a problem. I am sorry
What kind of cables are you using to hook up the DVD to the TV? Are they they composite, component, or S-Video? What are the connectors you're plugging both ends of the cables into labeled? Are you plugging the audio cables into the TV or directly into the sound system?
