This is a service station error. One of the more common causes I have come across is a piece of paper or foreign object jammed in the service station. It is located on the right hand side of the carriage. Unplug the plotter. Plug it in and the minute that you hear the print head move, unplug the power. Then open the window, move the head out of the way and look for a foreign object stuck in the service station.
i think has a piece of pager jammed but i can't see it. When i open the window, head out of the way can't move. It's still left hand side corner. How do i can move head out of the way to look for a foreign object? Thanks

The service station is on the right hand side not the left according to the manual.
My HP Designjet T790 report "Error 8:12, restart, if problem persists call support" i restarted but still can't print. Can you help me? Thanks
