To receive money from your "customers" you need to have a paypal account, register online and link with your bank account, and link with paypal, post your products on ebay and check your finances in paypal. Go to the PayPal home page at Send Money Pay Online or Set Up Merchant Account PayPal . On the top right side of the page, you'll see the link to sign up for an account. if you have a problem, you can call them at 1-888-221-1161

You have a paypal account.. Did you setup or link a bank account with ebay? If no then you need to ask ebay customer support.

Contact him through ebay, if he doesn't respond open a paypal dispute so you can get your money back.

send an email to ebay seller and send same email to paypal requesting that your money be refunded.

you have to sign into www.paypal.com (click on RESOLUTION CENTRE and then DISPUTE A TRANSACTION.

also send the same email content to www.ebay.com

once you send them emails with proof of issue from ebay about purchase, then your money will be refunded within 10-12 days or more.

If you are the seller please check the PayPal email address you have in the listing that you posted. you can do this by clicking the sell similar link in the item page then check the section to where you need to add the PayPal address.
If it's not correct, you can contact the buyer and ask the buyer to cancel the payment and then you can send a manual paypal invoice, you need to ask the buyer for his/her paypal email address.
If you are the buyer, check with eBay to why they are sending your payment to another member.

Unfortunately, you can't send another invoice through eBay but you can send another one through PayPal but you will need to have the buyer's phone number so contact the buyer first. And here's how you can send a manual paypal invoice:

Here's how you can create a manual invoice using your PayPal account:


1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Request Money.
3. Click Create a Money Request or Create an Invoice.
4. Enter the required information.
5. Click Continue.
6. Review the information and click Request Money to send a money request or Send Invoice to send an invoice.

You can also ask several people at the same time. Just enter their email addresses, separated by commas.
