How Ink system on my HP photosmart 7520 printer is broken, it displayed what do I do?

Possibly needs a new head and cleaning station

some times there are parts that come off the old printer and install it on the new ink cartridges, ( 2 peice unit)
look in the box of the ink cartridge for instructions, the cartridges are the ink portion not the drum portion drum round looks like sceran wrap roller, it may have to thin peices of wire, be careful not to brake wire.

have you made sure you're printing to the right sort of paper in the printer settings. it's obviously dispensing too much ink for the paper you're using.

You will have to check the equipment driver itself. While attempting to print, try changing the page size (go to page setup). This will give you an idea.

It looks like it is telling you to SETUP the communications to your PC. and not the cartridges.

Press the On button to turn the printer off. 
Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
Remove all the ink cartridges.
Wait two minutes.
Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.
Press the On button to turn the printer on. 
Install the ink cartridges when prompted.
If the error code does not display, the issue is resolved.
If the 0xc18xxxxx or 0xc19xxxxx ink system error code displays on the front panel, service the printer.
