How many linear feet is 18 sq.ft.

You get square feet by multiplying linear feet with another linear feet. 18 sq.ft = 3 lin ft x 6 lin ft or 2 lin ft x 9 lin feet or 4,5 lin ft x 4lin feet.
Sq ft is used to quantify surface area where linear feet quantify distance but lin ft x lin ft gives you square ft (surface area)

19" . Linear is length.
Linear feet (often called Lineal feet) are the same as regular feet. No conversion is necessary. If something is 6 linear feet tall, it is 6 feet tall. It should be noted, that the correct term is Linear, since Lineal refers to a line of ancestry, not to length.

I need the liner feet of a boat that is 18.3 feet long and 6.7 feet wide and 4?7 feet high

What is "liner" feet? Do you mean "linear" feet?

Linear feet are actual feet - no conversion required. If it is 6 linear feet wide, or tall, or deep - then it is simply 6 feet wide, or tall, or deep.

How many linear feet is a fense 25x25x25ft? The cost of the fense about $15.00 per linear foot.

I am assuming you are talking about fencing in 3 sides of an area with each side being 25 feet long. Linear feet refers to only the running length of the fence. It doesn't care about height. For example, you fence will be 75 linear feet long...three sides each 25 feet. The price per linear foot already takes into account the fence height. For example, you say that the fence you want is about $15.00 per linear foot. For the sake of argument, say your fence is 4 feet high. If you were to change to a 3 foot high fence, the cost per linear foot would be less since there is less fencing material. If you wanted to up the height to 6 feet, the price would rise accordingly.

How many inches are in a linear feet

The following should give a good idea what is. HINT: It is 12 linear inches.

Linear feet (often called Lineal feet) are the same as regular feet. No conversion is necessary. If something is 6 linear feet tall, it is 6 feet tall.
It should be noted, that the correct term is Linear, since Lineal refers to a line of ancestry, not to length.
There are times when the term Linear is used, and times when it is not. I'll give some examples of them.
First a definition. Linear means "a straight line" so a straight line from point A to point B is the linear distance.
One example would be... It is 2200 linear miles from Seattle to Washington DC. But if you were to drive from Seattle to Washington DC, you would have to drive 2700 miles. The linear distance is a straight line from point A to point B, and Freeways rarely are straight.
Another good example would be boards, wire fencing, and rolls of cloth, all of which are often sold in linear feet. That just means they are not taking the width into account. If you bought 100 linear feet of lumber, laying them down end to end would stretch for 100 feet, it wouldn't matter how wide the boards were. If you were to multiply the width of the board, or the width of the roll of cloth, times the linear length, you would get the area.
The same applies for linear yards, linear meters, etc

30 ft to linear=

Linear means long. Height has nothing to do with linear. If I have 2 sidewalks, one 8 feet wide 30 feet long, other 2 feet wide 30 feet long. They are each 30 linear feet.

9 linear feet equal how many sq ft?

It equals zero square feet.
Linear feet is only one dimension (length). You need 2 dimensions to calculate square feet. In other words, you need *width* also.
But IF you're asking how many square feet is 9 linear feet (long) by 9 linear feet (wide), then the answer is 81.
