I cannot remember my paypal sign in information?

Your PayPal account is known by the email address that you used to "Sign Up" ( register ) for your PayPal account.

When you signed up , you provided (your name & ) your email address and a "PayPal" password. That email address (& password) what you use to log into your PayPal account.

If you can remember (your email address and/or password) and/or have problems logging in to your PayPal account, just click on the " Having Trouble Logging In" link on the Log In page, to get help. It will ask you for 3 possible email addresses that you may have used ... and have you reset your password, etc.

make the password at least 10 characters long using upper and lower case and numbers if permitted
write you password down somewhere handy and when you have to use it click on remember me when you use paypal to pay

GSN games: just click the forgot password link, and do what it says. Usually it send you a reset link to your email address...where you can pick a new one. Sometimes it will send you a temp. password...use that to log in, then go to profile and set a new one. These days you need to keep track of passwords somehow. Either an encrypted (locked) file on your desktop, or if you have Apple, they have keychain (which saves them encrypted, and is safe) or if you use windows, chrome browser uses and encrypted file, so you can just save them, or Norton's vault...lots of ways to remember them. Pick one, and use it.

PayPal ...same thing. Click log in, and then click the "Forgot your email or password?" link and it give you reset instructions in your email.

Do you remember the email address that you used to set up your paypal?then try to log in using the email address if you cannot remember the password I believe after a few tries they will ask a security question and this should help you to get going again.Just follow their instructions to reset.

Please try to solve this with Paypal. For over a year I stopped using Paypal for the same reason. They would not let me pay on the net and I could not reach them. Still goto Paypal direct and don't try anything else. Send them a mail, or look on the site for any way to contact them. On this site perhaps someone will read your message and can give a better hint, but it could take days before that happens.

If you would like to change either your password or your security questions and you remember your current PayPal password:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.

It sounds like you may have more than one PAYPAL account. You may have opened another PAYPAL account with a different email adderess, or possibly someone else has set up an accoun t with your credit card details. Try logging in to PAYPAL with any other email addresses you have.

it doesn't ask for credit card number make sure you're logging at www.paypal.com and not somebody else's web site you might be a victim on phished websites.
