My HP Officejet 5610 All-in-One won't scan, message says no scanning options available, fax and printer and copier work and scanner worked previously. What can I do?

  • reeveshillda Dec 04, 2009

I am having this same problem. I am running ASUS with Windows 7 and the scan function will not work. I installed the driver from hp office for win 7 64 bit however the scan function when clicked pops up a window that says "You need a WIA driver to use this device. Please install it from installation CD or Manufacturer's website and try again."
