The solution shown for the Samsung CLX-3160FN All-In-One works also for the Samsung CLX-2160N.
The associated picture and methodology of "pre-stretching" the solenoid spring is virtually identical for both printers.

no I have done that many times and it doesn't work. The point is: it is not a problem of paper jam. The issue incurs when paper cannot roll up for print.
Resetting the printer normally works, have you attempted that? You can normally get the printer to reset by holding down the power button for a few seconds.
Paper Jam 0 will be incorrect paper setting paper over 80g select thick paper from the menu as they get older they need a higher setting when new 70 g and over
