I need to factory rest my phone - Cell Phones

factory reset. go to settings sd and phone storage. got to the bottom and factory rest. then start over.

Try plugging it into your computer see if you have all the drivers still, you should be able to open the folders in it on the computer let me know?

u rest it to factory meaning default the phone is rest like the day u bought it out of the box what ever u had on it u must put it back on like u did when it was new. there is no other way to get it back

try to remove card and check if problem still u can go to setting +general + factory default to rest if not working it need software
