I'm a current employee of Rheem Manufacturing in Montgomery, AL & have been trying to access our Ultipro site for sometime now. The site info is the same that my HR keeps giving me but I still can't find it on my home internet, only our Ultipro portal at work.

Trying to login to this site to set it up for my workplace and it won't take my user name and password

might be a firewall setting either in operating system ie wndows firewall or maybe in a home router that is blocking a required tcp/ip port that ultipro needs to run. I am wondering if you have any Info tech support at your workplace that could help you or from the software makers of ultipro your software uses a secure tcp/ip tunnelling protocol I am guessing and this would utilise a tcp/ip port number that is unusual . http://cryp.to/tunneling-ordinary-tcp-services/

1) Rheem does not show that exact model number, since they list current products only.

2) Rheem serial number shows year of manufacture on second 2 digits. So C06 was made in 2006.
Today's manual might not have troubleshoot steps that match older product.

3) 21vp50 is 50 gallon power vent water heater.
