Mobile me was stopped by apple a while ago.. you should consider moving it to an icloud account. You should just be able to go to www.icloud.com and sign in with your account, and get your email..

The Software for this printer is a little out of date and not upto par with windows 7 yet. You will just have to scan it and then email until there is a better software release by HP.
