I have the F11 and dL code. There is water and clothes in the washer, and it won't let me get them out
"F11" is Serial Communications error code and "Fdl" is a Door Latch error. The following link explains how to troubleshoot the F11 error:

The two error codes together usually means the Central Control Unit (CCU) has failed and needs to be replaced.
One thing you may try before assuming you have a problem, however, is to unplug the washer for AT LEAST 30 minutes in order to reset the CCU. Sometimes this is all that is required to correct momentary glitches in the program. If the problem reoccurs following a CCU reset, then you have a legitimate problem.
I would recommend you select a drain/spin option first to see if the washer will drain on its own. If the washer still will not drain, you can use a wet/dry shop and pull a vacuum on the drain hose. This will pull the water from the wash tub and minimize any mess you may encounter trying to retrieve your clothes.
If the door still will not unlock, you can use the manual release to unlock it. The following link explains how:

I know this seems like a lot, but I'm giving you as many options to try. Hopefully, the problem will be resolved by resetting the CCU.
If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope this helps resolve some of the problems you are experiencing.
Hi

Error code dl is a Door Lock Error. A Door Lock Error occurs if the door cannot be unlocked. It will try to lock it 6 times before displaying the error. You need to check:
