Dear Its not suggested to disassembly yourself. take the help of an technician related to printer segment. You need to replace the following part.
1-paper pickup rubber (assumed that roller shaft is ok)
2- separation pad.
3-paper pickup roller gear.

Thanks.

Pick up roller rotates twice even if when gives single page print command and creates paper jam.

I do not know for sure on the Samsung but on HP's this problem is often caused by the pickup solenoid sticking. There is usually a foam bumper on the pickup solenoid which breaks down over time and then the adhesive stops the solenoid from releasing properly. You can clean it off all the old foam and adhesive and run without it, just make printer a little noisier. The solenoid will usually be on the right side.

Due to paber jam the Samsung Model No.***-4521F does not prints, fax is not being received. Please advice

Open front cover pull out toner. In the middle bottom you can see a big black roller that grabs the paper from the tray. clean that roller with turpentine on a clean rag. Thoroughly wet it with the turps as it softens the rubber. If it still jams that roller will need to be changed.

My samsung printer is not picking up the sheets of paper correctly and they seem to be sticking on the roller

It could be a dirty pickup roller in printer. Found following advice from Samsung:

Printer will not feed the paper depends on following possibility.
  • Paper Type:
    • If surface of the paper is too smooth, pick-up roller will not feed the paper.
    • In such case, try with different type of paper.
  • Pick-up Roller:
    • If the rubber roller is worn out, it will not feed the paper from the tray. There is not enough friction to feed the paper.
    • Pull the paper tray out and clean the rubber roller.
