Reset everything. Tried going on line to clear documents and it's locked up
Need details - what OS, is it hardwired via USB or connecting via network or wifi - could be port is blocked in your router's firewall, could be port is blocked in the PCs firewall, could be lots of things. Not sure what you mean by going online to clear documents - online where? is this a "cloud" printer? try shutting off printer for 20-30 sec then restart it - that may clear docs stuck in it's internal memory. going to need more details if you expect anyone to offer more detailed troubleshooting.
