Baically, Hoover washing machine error code E16 means that there are problems with the insulation of the heater. this may lead to the shutdown of the circuit breaker and other random errors, but this is difficult to prove without replacing the heating element.
An E16 error code means there is a heater insulation problem which could cause the tripping of your fuse box and other random cycle errors, but it's hard to prove without the replacement of your heater.

OK Anthony! Now you have enough money to FIX the machine! LOL. First One error begets another. So forget about the errors! You are focusing on them too much! You told yourself whats wrong with this machine! OK Give Up? It is Not Draining! It is your Drain Pump Lad! Go and buy a new one, replace but remember to unplug it first. Don\'t due all that other stuff. Run the machine afterwards on a short cycle and guess what? No water!
Hi.
These specific codes indicate the following:
E08 means that the Motor jammed or tacho fault
E16 means that the heating element is shorted or that there is a short in the circuit containing the element.
E03 This error code indicates that the water is not draining quickly enough.
Before doing anything it is worth removing the washing machine mains plug from the power outlet and leaving the machine disconnected for at least ten minutes. This will reset the codes if no faults still exist. Then plug the machine back in and select required wash routine. If all is well, well done you just needed to reset the machine. If a fault code is still showing then it would indicate there is still a problem in the area indicated.
You said you had checked that the filter was ok, it is also worth checking that your drainage hose is not blocked or
kinked.
wot do you mean by ( header ) , do you mean a tuned exhaust system or a tuned cylinder head ?? if exhaust then yes increase the of the jets and replace the airfilter to KnN free flow filter or similar type ! find out the maker of exhaust and contact them for info to wot jets required ! could fit a larger fuel feed tap and pipes to help flow of fuel too !
It means that you don't have original ink cartriges and the printer can't determine the level of ink. Hold the ok button (the one in the lower right corner) until it overrides the error, and soon it will start printing, disregarding the level of ink.
press stop reset button for few seconds and you can use your black cartridge for printing, but do remember to put use black only setting in ur printer cartridge settings.
