The flashing standby light on your Luxor TV can indicate several things, including:
Power supply issues: If the TV is not receiving proper power, the standby light will flash.
Malfunctioning hardware: A malfunctioning component in the TV such as the power supply, main board, or backlight system can cause the standby light to flash.
Overheating: If the TV is overheating, it will go into protection mode and the standby light will flash.
Software issues: A software glitch can also cause the TV to display a flashing standby light.
If the flashing standby light persists, it's best to unplug the TV, wait a few minutes, and then plug it back in. If the problem persists, you may need to contact the manufacturer or a professional repair service for further assistance.
Without the make and model if I give you some advice it's going to be a guess as far as what's going on with your TV. Please provide us the make and model to make sure that we will provide you the correct resolution.
This is caused by the power supply detecting an over current condition. The condition could be a bad LED in the back lights. Since you did not post the exact model number, that is all.

This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. I just pull out the mains plug for a few seconds then put it back in. The red light keeps flasing for a while (be patient) then stays solid red. When I then switch on again with the remote it is fine. I often have to do this.
