Stuff bought from "As Seen On TV" are, generally of very bad quality, would even say, thet are scam! Parts to are not available and actually no one knows how to repair them. OK, just my personal experience and opinion; decided not to buy anything from thwem any more.. Keep on your query for help
Hey Shaun, I only bought mine a little over 12 months ago and the same thing has happened with little than average use. I got in contact with the company who sold it to me. They suggested I buy the hand held part and that was it. How ****. I'm going to use a household descaler
see this ccauses and use the common sense God bless you nspect your steam cleaner's belts for loss or damage. Damaged belts can
cause the brushes to stop rolling or the spray mechanism to stop
functioning. To fix a damaged pump or brush belt, first unplug the steam
cleaner. Refer to the user's manual to determine the specific location
of each belt. Order a new belt directly from the manufacturer's website,
or from a local home improvement store, if necessary.
Hi!
Since you didn't mention the model type of your floor steamer, i'm giving you the link where you can see the user's guide for all oreck floor steamers.
So, access this link (http://www.oreck.com/Owners-Guides) and go to the floor machines category (under electric brooms).
I hope this will work for you!
Have a nice day!
went online and looked at blogs by other people.... dont need the steamer insert if you are not steaming anything. The 10 cup maker uses 10 cups (included in box) and makes almost 20 cups rice!!
Use 12 ounces of water.
It's best not to use extremely hard water in the Eureka steamer due to mineral deposits it may leave behind.
If you need cloths for your Eureka 300 or 310/311/313A see my listings on eBay by searching "eureka steamer."
This is a great floor cleaning machine. I have several for use on large areas of linoleum and sealed hardwood in our home.
