SOURCE: there's a jammed staple but I can't figure out how to open it to fix the problem and refill it

This is how it works on the Arrow staple gun. On the back bottom, opposite end from where the staples come out, there is a little plate. Push it in and it unhooks and pops out. attached to a rod. When you refill with staples, just push them in, then put the rod back in and the spring applies the pressure.

Can you make your own party hats for kids?

: It's actually really easy to custom design your own party hats. You can download a template from the internet and then cut it out and stick in on a card background. Fold the hat and stick it down with tape or staples and then you can just go crazy decorating it. Use glue, sparkles, stickers, printed pictures, photos etc. There really is no limit to what you can do.

How do I load JT21 staples into a Arrow JT27 Stapler gun?

I was having the problems everyone listed... with the staples loading & firing... I guess the instructions are lousy .. should be ON THE PACKAGE to make it clear.. but.. on the stapler itself on the bottom.. it explains how to correctly load.. you don't put the staples on the piece that slides out.. you slide it out, load the staples in the open tunnel ..then slide the piece back.. that piece is the spring loader... since i finally figured it out ( by coincidence that I turned it over & noticed some faint words printed) - it works PERFECT every time! great little stapler... please fix your directions... seems to be a common misunderstanding!!!

My Swingline Stapler Model 51110 electric stapler no longer staples. The staples will not move forward and it just does "blank" stapling. Also, it goes off on it's own all the time running stapples...

I have the same issue; however, there is some resinous material that came out of it as a result of my trying to figure out why it wasn't stapling anymore. Anyone know where I can take it for repair?

Electric stapler won't staple; Panasonic as300 will fire but no staples come out and I do not see any jammed staples when I open the cassette.

On the side of the stapler are the instructions - no joke - stick a flathead at the lip of the metal striker and push the flat head up - while pushing the realse at the back - use A LOT of force - that is how ours popped open. It was jammed in the back with several staples that were not visible as a jamb in the front where the staples come out. the whole magazine will pop out when it is freed.

DualMelt stanley glue gun

For polyesters, rayons, nylon - yes use the low heat setting. The high setting is so hot it can actually melt some synthetic materials. The difference in adhesion between the two settings is minimal. Use the low temperature glues sticks if the gun says there is a difference.

You can use it for this purpose, but it may not be a permanent solution depending on how much stress or load the fabric is seeing (being stretched) when using the furniture.

The best upholstery edges are usually stapled - where the edge or hem of the material is left longer than the area being covered. A picture would be helpful if you want to know the right way to make the edge.
