Forgot my username cant log into laptop, help

There are programs out there that can get past your forgotten password. Its always a good idea to keep a list somewhere.. but you don't need to wipe and re-install for a bad password.

You will probably have to reinstall windows unless you have a back up disk handy because you don't remember username or password never time write it down in a notepad etc. have it close to your laptop. I have a book just for passwords & usernames. Always do a backup of your hard drive on a regular basis so if you run into problems you are covered. A really good software program for backing up is AOMEI BACKUPPER STANDARD it is free. You can back up to external hard drive, usb and dvd.
