Please remove the batteries from your tv remote and then turn on the tv directly from the tv itself. If it stays on that means that your remote had an iffy power button that was the source of the tv constantly being turned off and on. Thank you.

Make a factory reset to this set. I assumes that you have its remote control wih you now, and posts this solution. If you did forget the parential pass code, just enter '6688' when the set asks for passcode. The previous set passcode will clear out, you ahve to set a new passocde in place. After resettign the pascode, just make a factory reset to the set, by entering into it menu option.
Without remote control, you can't do anything with this set. If you lost its remote control, you can buy it directly from Apex Digital. The price ofr the remote control in US or Canda is $35. In this case, please contact

if the problem appears to be only in your remote control for wide off button, and other button function seems not affected... i suggest that u clean the remote control inside, of course you need to disassemble it and clean the rubber pad. esp. the wide off button. it happens when the carbon contact was cover w/ dirt...last sol. is to buy a new "same" remote...
