SOURCE: I have a Vector 2,000,000

There is good news and bad news concerning a replacement battery for this particular model light.
The good news is that a suitable, but not exact, replacement will be available at Battery Mart on November 30, 2010.
The bad news is that it cost $29.95.

I purchased about a dozen of these lights in 2006 and have had them in storage since. No one can or will be more unhappy than I should all of them need new batteries.

What are the cubic inches for my Sentry Valueguard 1330 safe #1623580?

Volume (in³): 2160 cubic inches

If you want to measure the cubic inches of a container, measure the length, width, and depth in inches. Then multiply those numbers by each other. For example, if your container is 5 inches long, 3.5 inches wide, and 7 inches deep, your calculation will look this: 5 x 3.5 x 7 = 122.5 cubic inches.

13 inch round pan 2 inches deep =how many cubic inches

You can view this question as what is the surface area of the 13 inch round pan, and then with it being 2 inches deep, calculate the volume.

Surface area = pi * r ^ 2, where r is the radius of the pan
In this case, the diameter is 13 inches, so the radius will be 6.5 inches.

Putting it into the formula, we get surface area = pi * 6.5 ^ 2.

Because of BEDMAS, we have to do the square before we multiply.

Surface area = pi * (6.5 ^ 2)
= 132.7square inches.

To get the volume, we multiply this surface area by the depth of 2 inches.

Volume = surface area * height
Volume = 132.7 * 2
Volume = 265.4 cubic inches.

Good luck,

Paul

How many jelly beans are in a jar thats 23 inches around and 17 inches high?

V = (pi)(r square)(h) V= Volume (the amount we need to calculate)
pi = 3.14...
r = radius of cylinder (remember this is half that of the circumference)
h = height of cylinder

To make it easier for you below are the figures for the Cylinder.
Radius= 11.5 inches
Height = 17 inches.
Now use the formula above to calculate it.

For the Jelly Bean its,
Radius = 0.25 inches
Height = 0.5
Use the same formula above for jelly bean as well.

Once you have both figures, divide Volume of Jar by Volume of Jelly e.g. VolumeofJar/VolumeofJelly

AND VOILA, you have the amount of jelly beans in a jar (Round the figure out)

Cheers!

Cubic feet calculator

That would depend on the depth. A refrigerator that's 60 inches high by 30 inches wide by 1 inch deep would be just over one cubic foot. A refrigerator that's 60 inches high by 30 inches wide by 30 inches deep would be 31.25 cubic feet.

Example 1: 60 inches tall, 42 inches wide, 30 inches deep = 75600/1728 = 43.75 Cubic Foot AREA
Example 2: fREEZER dIMS = 24 DEEP x 18 HIGH x 36 WIDE =15552/1728 is 9 CuFt. Refridgerator 36 wide, 36 high 28 deep = 36,288/1728 = 21 CuFt. + 9 CuFt. = 30 Cubic Foot Capacity.

I need to calculate the number of 55 gallon drums that can be placed in a containment pool that measures 8 ft in diameter, and 2 ft. in height. The containment vessel has to hold 110% of the material in...

Calculate the volume of one 55 gallon drum by using this formula
22/7 X Radius squared X hight of cylinder = Volume of large vessel.
22/7 X 48" (Squared) X 24" = Volume in cu in

100.57 cu ft in large pool = 752.315 US gals.
110% of 50 gals = 60.50 gals
752.315 divided by 60.5 = 12.43 drums
Draw to scale the large poola nd then draw to scale the smaller drums and see if 13 drums fit.
