I want to change my airport on my Jet Blue reservation.

I booked my flight to depart from (EWR) on Aug. 12, 2014 with Delta #2142 at 7:30 pm and by mistake to arrive at (CME) on Aug. 13, 2014 at 3:41 pm. I must change the destination or arrival information to (CUN). My departure information must also be changed from (CUN) on Aug. 17, 2014 to (EWR). The change is within 24 hours. I tried to reach you by phone but the office was closed please respond. Thank you very much.

  • A 23kg (51lbs) maximum bag weight applies and you must be able to lift the bag into the overhead lockers in the aircraft cabin unaided.

European countries The EU rules apply if you are travelling from any airport within the EU, including the UK, and if you are travelling from Albania, Croatia, Iceland, India, Kenya, Kosovo, Norway, Pakistan, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, Switzerland and Ukraine, irrespective of your destination.
Specific restrictions on liquids

  • they must be held in individual containers not exceeding 100ml
