Hi the spring at the back where water is,has come out does anyone know how to fix it pease

Please look for any arrows directing the connecting of the two on the back of either one of the elements. If you cannot find this, the we'll have to move onto using any construction instructions within the manual of your kenmore device. Otherwise, you might have to ask kenmore (via phone) to email you any video tutorials that they have available or be open to scheduling an in-home repair appointment with them.

Hold the spring in retainer first with masking tape , then put the plastic in , then remove masking tape and twist the plastic 1/4 turn .

Hello did you find out were the springs go i have the same problem

Hi, Keep melting the ice until you see the drain hole uder the evaporator coil. You wil need to try and flush water through the drain to get it open. I like to use a baisting syreing.

the hotpoint has a saftey factor built into it if the water does not drain it will not spin , the fault is the pump is blocked or broke or the sump hose is block this leads into the pump

to fix take the drain hose the grey one and put it in to a bucket and it will empty the water

if not the sump hose is blocked

if it emptys lie the machine on its side if poss with power off , if it will not lie on its side disconect the water hoses

look under the machine u should see the pump and the sump hose u can remoe this hose put lots of old towels down to catch the water check in side the sump hose for blockages

the pump this on the new models has hex bit screws on it to open check to see if it move freely it should spring back slightly

try this any problems let me know the model number

hello you say sometime water leak out normally when the water valve seal is defective it will always leak. look under the water tank you got 4 plastic guide moulded in the container make sure no guide broken or missing a little pease of plastic if you got a pease missing add whatever missing inthe hole like a shim check it out cheers
