I have Casio Module 2735-3747 user guide.
I live in California (Pacific Time).
Watch is set for Los Angeles.
Daylight savings time is set on.
The watch sets at night automatically to the wrong hour -- 8 a.m. instead of 7 a.m. I reset it manually. This works fine. But the next morning, it has reset itself again to an hour later and I have to repeat the manual resetting every morning.
Use this page to download a copy of CASIO watch manuals in PDF format. To download a PDF file, enter the four-digit (or three-digit) module number marked on the back cover of your watch.

You will need a pdf reader on your pc, you will find all instructions in there.
If you don't have a pdf reader you can get one from

The day to change your clocks for DST in California was changed. You need to set it to ON in the fall and to OFF in the spring. Actually AUTO would work for fall but it would not change at springtime for about a month. So the procedure would be: Hold A down in timekeeping mode until the display flashes. Hit C twice to get to DST. Hit B to turn on or off accordingly.
If you turn DST to OFF, the time will move back 1 hour. It's what I had to do to get mine to display the correct time. But I also haven't been able to get mine to pickup the time sync signal since a few days before the time change.
Hold the A button down until the display flashes, then use C button to get to "ON" "OFF" DST, change it to "A" for Auto DST. It changed my instantly.
Thanks for trying but it still seems like the atomic setting doesn't work and we must revert to manual settings... and I never get a New York (eastern time zone -5 s)etting to choose from in any menu!
The digital time is automatically reset as long as you have auto-update on and signal is receivable.
To maintain a manually set time (for example, you like your watch to always be 10 minutes fast) you would have to leave your watch in manual update mode.
The analog hands automatically MOVE in sync with the digital time. That does NOT mean the analog hands will show the same time as the digital, it just means that if you adjust the digital time ahead 5 minutes the hands will also move ahead 5 minutes. To adjust the analog hands so that they show the same time as the digital, use the HS mode (hand set mode). Press and holding the top-right button to move the hands backwards, press and hold the bottom-right button to move the hands forward. Digital time does not change, only analog, which allows you to synchronize the hands with the digital time.
This can be fixed in the HS mode. Hold down the button to make the display blink. Then use the other side buttons to move the analog time around.

can not set time atomic wave ceptor live in ca pacificv time
Everything worked great when the watch was new- but after the first daylight savings time period.. it's now consistently incorrect. I can't even get my time zone ( New York -5) to show in the list to be able to set the watch... so I set it manually -- and it immediately gains three minutes. Overnight it gains another hour... so much for modern atomic time setting. Manual is horrible-- written by someone who obviously was not a native English speaker/writer... and Casio refuses to answer any emails.
I have the same problem (or my finance' does) and I've tried everything but he works 3rd shift so it's hard for the watch to pick up the atomic signal and when I try to make it receive it or set it manually the times won't set right, the digital will set right but the hands are completely wrong.

I live in Houston. Set for Chicago time zone. When manually reset following instructions I loose signal - even following manual instructions repeatedly. Morning setting 8 a.m. instead 7 a.m. First started being 2-5 minutes behind correct time.
How do I fix it? How can I figure out if its the battery needing to be replaced?
How do you set the watch for daylight savings time
Set to daylight savings
it is daylight savings and i need to set my time back one hour. what do i do?
My choward anotomic watch will not reset to the correct standard eastern time. It is three hours slow. I have put it in my window for 5 days and the time does not correct itself, but the date is correct.
My watch keeps resetting itself to January 1st at 12:00am about an hour after I set it to the current date and time.
What is wrong with it, and how can I fix it?
