check the size of the document make sure the print drivers and the printer are correct and matching you might also need to replace the fuser unit or the transfer roller and or image unit
hi usually this is handled by the software or program you're using there's somewhere on setup on your program that says "fit to page" or something similar
Export the page as a jpeg, 150 dpi, high quality, then delete all the items on that page in the indesign document (text & images), then import the jpeg to that page it will fit exactly.
This works most times!
